You can update your payment card whilst logged into your Co Wheels account via desktop or mobile browser.
When logged in, please go to 'billing' and add your new payment method here.
When updating your payment details, please ensure the post code registered to your card matches the address on your Co Wheels account section. If you have recently moved home, and need to update your account address, please contact info@co-wheels.org.uk with a supporting form of proof of new address. This can be anything such as a tenancy agreement, bank statement or utility bill.
Please note that adding a payment method cannot be done via the app.
