When you apply to join Co Wheels, you'll be required to submit a payment method (Visa or Mastercard). This will be added to your account, and will be placed towards all transactions.
Any charges to the account will be automatically debited from the card via Continuous Payment Authorisation.
When you book a car online, payment will be taken two hours before your booking for the hire cost. Payment for your mileage, and any adjustments to the booking during it will be taken up to 24 hours after your hire ends.
For all transactions please ensure you have available funds on the card attached to your account, as payment failure will result in the suspension of your Co Wheels account. Please also be aware that if there are 3 consecutive failed payments, your account will be suspended pending management review which may result in your membership may be terminated..
