If you have a booking and payment fails, your booking will be frozen. This means, that until you arrange payment to clear your balance you will be unable to access your booked car.
If payment fails in the first instance, there isn't an automatic attempt to take a 2nd payment and you will need to contact us on 019371050 to make the payment where we can unfreeze the booking. If you make the payment we have to cancel the booking - credit the account and then remake the booking.
Please note that if you have an outstanding balance you will be unable to make any future bookings.
Once the outstanding balance has been cleared, your account suspension will be reviewed and lifted (if applicable).
