All petrol and hybrid vehicles come with an All-Star Fuel card provided by Co Wheels, which will allow you to top up the tank should it drop below a quarter.
The fuel card can be found on the left-hand side of the onboard computer (to the left of the rearview mirror, top of the windscreen) should the vehicle not have an onboard computer unit you will find the fuel card in the driver's sun visor.
Please ensure you pop the fuel card back into the onboard computer after you have refueled.
The fuel card can be used at most major refueling stations. Please see Petrol Station Locator for a map of locations. Please note that some smaller, more independent refueling stations may not accept fuel cards, so please check before refueling if you are unsure.
Our fuel cards work as chip & pin, rather than as a swipe card, so for payment, they will need to be inserted into the chip & pin card machine inside of the refueling station. Once inserted the card machine will prompt you for the vehicle's mileage (this can be found on the dashboard of the car). You may then need to sign a receipt for the transaction to be authorized.
Our fuel cards are not contactless, cannot be used at pay at the pump and cannot be used for super unleaded fuel.
If on the rare occasion there are any issues with payment, please ask the cashier to cancel the transaction altogether, and try again.
If the issue continues, please ask the cashier to contact All Star Fuel, our card provider, on 0370 419 5165 as they may be able to authorize the transaction over the phone.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please pay for the fuel yourself, and send a photo of the receipt to info@co-wheels.org.uk for prompt reimbursement. We can add this to your account as a credit or can refund it back to your bank.
