If you return the car to the designated bay and find that someone has parked there, please take photographs and inform us immediately on info@co-wheels.org.uk or call 0191 375 1050 to report this.
Please find the nearest safe place to park the car - making sure it is parked legally and considerately, making sure you are not blocking any driveways or entrances. Please call 0191 375 1050 or email into info@co-wheels.org.uk straight away to inform exactly where you have left the vehicle. This will allow our Customer Service team to contact the Council straight away, in order to try to prevent tickets being issued.
If you park illegally you will be responsible for any penalties received in relation to this parking offence.
Please note: For Co Wheels vehicles located in Dundee - should you find the dedicated car club bay taken you must park in one of the following locations and inform the Customer Service Team: Bell Street Car Park, Olympia Car Park or Gellatly Street Car Park
