In the unlikely event that the car isn’t in its bay when you arrive to pick it up, please give our support line a call immediately on 0191 375 1050. We can then GPS the vehicle to find out its exact location. It may be that the previous user was unable to return it to the bay so has parked it nearby.
If we're unable to get you into your booked vehicle, we will provide alternative transport. This would normally be the next closest Co Wheels vehicle available. If no alternative Co Wheels car is available, we will offer a refund for the cost of a taxi to another available car if this is located further away. If you do need to take a taxi this will need to be agreed with a member of our customer service team prior, to ensure your refund is authorized.
