You can view your full transaction history via your account transactions section. This can be located when logged in via a desktop/mobile browser by selecting ACCOUNTS > MANAGE ACCOUNT >TRANSACTIONS
- Trip Charge: Time - this is a payment for your hire time.
- Trip Charge: Distance - this is a payment for your trips mileage.
- PCN - this will appear if you are ever issued a parking ticket.
- Administration Fee - this will appear along with a PCN charge. The standard administration fee is £25.
- Fine - we will issue this if you have been in breach of our terms and conditions of use.
- Added Credit: New Driving Credit - this will appear if you have credits allocated.
- Card Refund - If you ever have a transaction refunded, this will appear as a card refund and will be returned back to the payment method on your account. If this is in relation to a booking, the booking ID will be aside this. Card refunds can normally take around 5 working days.
All transactions will begin with one of the above, and will then state "card payment".
